Shaukat will make every effort to ship your goods to your designated address as soon as possible. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Our standard shipping process is generally completed within 14 working days, commencing on the day after you have placed your order. If the goods you have ordered are not available, it may take up to 4 weeks in certain cases for delivery.
Please note that shipping will not commence until payment for the goods has been received. Payment includes the cost of the goods and any shipping charges. Shipping costs differ depending on the size and weight of the goods ordered, and there destination.
We aim to ship all your items together and therefore if part of your order is not available, we will wait till the whole order is completed and then ship the goods. If, for whatever reason the goods or part of the order cannot be supplied, we will contact you (normally by email) for an alternative or refund.
We use Royal Mail tracked deliver for orders up to 2 kg and over 2 kg, we use other carriers like DHL. These delivery companies will email or text you direct with the tracking information. We can also email you the proof of shipping should you require this. Shaukat do not take any responsibility if the goods are lost or damaged by Royal Mail, DHL or other carrier and you need to contact them directly for any claims or enquiries. If you prefer to use a certain company or have an existing account with a shipping company, please contact us and we will be happy to make an alternative arrangements.
Delivery of goods are both domestic and worldwide, however, Shaukat reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, to deliver to certain countries. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any question regarding this matter.
We take every precaution to ensure that the product images represent the products as clearly as possible, but colours may vary according to your device and screen. Images are therefore approximate to the individual product.
All non-fabric goods ordered from UK customers only may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt if in perfect re-saleable condition. This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Distance Selling) 2014. Fabrics that have been cut to your specific order specifications cannot be returned (exceptions apply).
On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your expense. The delivery charges will not be refunded and the goods refund will not be completed until the item/s are returned to us and have passed quality control. A refund of the goods price will be within 14 days.
PO Box addresses
The shipping and delivery companies that we instruct do not except PO Box addresses. If you only have a PO Box address you will be required to provide a valid email address and contact telephone number in order for this delivery option to be accepted. A physical delivery address is the best option to prevent any unnecessary delays.
