At Shaukat & Company, we make very effort to deliver your goods as soon as possible after your order has been placed. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. If this is the case, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.

Delivery in general will take place within 14 working days, commencing on the day after you have forwarded your order. If the Goods which you have  ordered are not available or not in stock, it may take up to 4 weeks in certain cases for delivery. Please note that no delivery will take place unless payment for the goods has been recieved. Payment includes the cost of the fabric and any additional delivery charges, which differ depending on the size and weight of the farbics ordered, and your location.

We aim to ship all your items ordered together and therefore if part of your order is not in stock, we will wait to get the whole order completed and then ship the goods.  If for whatever reason the goods or part of the order can not be supplied after we have taken your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and will provide a full refund of any money paid by you of the item.

We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery for orders up to 2 kg and over 2 kg, we use other carriers like Aramex.  We supply you the proof of delivery and our responsibility ends with Proof of Mailing.  This means that we do not take any responsibility if the goods are lost or damaged by Royal Mail, Aramex or other carrier and you need to contact them directly for any claims or enquiries.  If you prefer to use a certain company or have an existing account with one of the companies, please contact us and and we will be happy to make an alternative arrangement.

Delivery of Goods will be both domestic and worldwide, however, the Company reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, to deliver to certain countries. Please dont hesitate to contact us if you have any question regarding this matter.

Please note ownership of all goods and the risk for damage to all goods pass to you upon delivery.

Business Customers
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Business customers who are VAT registered must provide a VAT number for verification during the order process or within their order profiles. 


If you do not wish to be charged VAT during the first order, please create your account first and enter your VAT number for verification. Once verified, any orders within your account will not be charged VAT. You will be notified of the VAT status change.


After verification, VAT will be removed from the first order and will be billed accordingly. 


European Business Customers 
Payments on the first order will not be taken until the VAT status has been verified. Upon verification, the price will be updated and the account will then be charged.  


Rest of World
All prices include VAT. If your order is to be delivered to a non-EU location, VAT will be removed during the checkout process. If it is delivered to an EU location, VAT will be charged.


PO Box addresses

The shipping and delivery companies that we instruct do not except PO Box addresses.  If you only have a PO Box address you will be required to provide a valid email address and contact telephone number in order for this delivery option to be accepted.  A physical delivery address is the best option to prevent any unnecessary delays.
