What type of products do you supply?
Shaukat Fabrics offers a wide and extensive selection of fabrics available to purchase online or in store by the metre. We offer a full range of colours and designs in Liberty Fabrics, Printed Fabrics, Plain Fabrics, Cotton Shirting and Woollen Suiting Fabrics. A wide range of textures are available such as silk, cotton, polyester, cotton voile, wool, chiffon, velvet, jersey, organza and taffeta.
How do I place an order online?
Please browse the categories and sub categories to view the items you would like to purchase. You then need to click on the more button highlighted at the side of each product. When viewing the product, enter the meterage required and press the BUY button. When finished buying, press My Cart where you can browse your order. You can then click "Proceed to Check out" button. At this stage, if you have not logged in, you will need to do so or register as a new customer. The next screen will display the cost of shipping and if you proceed to make the payment, your credit card will be checked and the amount of your order will be allocated by Secpay LTD for Shaukat & Co.
How the payment process works?
When the confirm button is pressed for any individual order, the card details and the security checks will be made by Secpay LTD and if it is passed, you will receive a payment confirmation saying that the amount of the order is allocated. The payment will be taken off your account only when the goods is checked by the seller and all are in stock. If some items are not in stock, the you will receive an email giving you an option of replacing the non-stock item or cancelling that particular item. The order then will be shipped.
What about items not available on the site?
If for any reason you cannot find what you are looking for, our dedicated staff will endeavour to do their best to search the fabrics industry for the product you wish to buy. Please contact the sales team on [email protected]
How do I pay for my order?
Please note we only accept major credit cards and debit cards as a form of payment for all fabric and non-fabric goods. We also accept Paypal.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
All goods are normally dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds subject to stock availability. If we are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Please see our delivery schedule for delivery services that are currently available.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we deliver globally. Please be aware that there may well be duties and/or other taxes levied upon the importation of your order. This charge will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
The shipping and delivery companies that we instruct do not accept PO Box addresses. If you only have a PO Box address you will be required to provide a valid email address and contact telephone number in order for this delivery option to be accepted. A physical delivery address is the best option to prevent any unnecessary delays.
Can I return the products I ordered?
All fabric and non-fabric goods may be returned for a refund within three days of receiving the goods. The three day period begins upon the date of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What happens if I cannot buy the quantity I require?
Although our inventories are considerable, it is not possible to hold endless supplies of all the items available in our store. If you receive a message stating your desired quantity is not in stock, we recommend that you continue with your purchase as it is normally possible to fulfil most orders. If for any reason we are unable to complete the order, we will issue you with a refund.
Is there a minimum order value?
Please note there is a minimum order value of 0.5 metre fabric. The minimum cost will be the fabric price, plus delivery costs.
