This abstract floral was redrawn using coloured oil pastels in expressive shapes and marks, drawing inspiration from an archival Liberty design.
For Spring/Summer 2022, Liberty Fabrics takes us on a journey through layers of fantastical worlds, an adventure into the vibrant realm of the imagination, celebrating the magic of the strange and unexpected. For this collection, the Liberty Fabrics designers focus on the art of storytelling. The three chapters of the story are ‘Literature’, ‘Music’ and ‘Theatre’: a feast for the senses, woven through with a vivid narrative of creativity and escapism. Together these three stranded stories combine into a magical collection where nothing is ever quite as it seems.
