Inspired by Sir John Soane’s architectural collections, this vibrant design is built up of gouache painted busts, pillars and cut work from stone engravings. Curation is part of the Private View collection for Autumn/Winter 2020. Private View is split into four gallery stories, reflecting a long-standing commitment to the arts. Each room of this imagined art gallery represents a different facet of the Liberty Fabrics story – from Arts and Crafts heritage motifs to lushly detailed floral studies, witty conversational pieces and archival Eastern-inspired textile designs. Antonia is from the Curated Curiosities Gallery.
