The natural world has always been the fundamental inspiration for the Liberty brand, informing their creative output across the last 150 years – from the earliest woodblock botanical motifs to the most cutting-edge digital artworks, their artists and designers have looked wildwards to gardens, fields, and forests to spark creativity and wonder. Returning to this elemental source of imaginative power, this collection is a story of opposites and complexities, told through three central themes that celebrate and explore the clash of juxtaposing natural forces across the elements of earth, water and air.
The design is printed by experts in Italy onto an elegant, reflective 16 momme Belgravia silk satin – a fabric prized for its lustrous drape and fluidity, along with its luminously high-shine surface.
Silk satin is perfect for eveningwear pieces such as sheath gowns or for daytime designs like wrap dresses and flowing garments.
