Discovered in a Liberty pattern book dating from the 1850s, Opera House offers a tempting glimpse of theatrical splendour. Reminiscent of gilded plasterwork often used to decorate 19th century auditoriums, this ornamental pattern draws heavily on Baroque and Rococo styles –remaining fresh and contemporary owing to its monochrome hue.

Together these three stranded stories combine into a magical collection where nothing is ever quite as it seems.
