Description
Thorpe Hill is a small-scale version of the much-loved Liberty classic, Thorpe. Originally created in 1968, this dense and detailed floral was one of the designs included in Liberty’s first ever Classics collection of 1979. The iconic design has been reinterpreted for Autumn/Winter 2022 in darker hues, creating the effect of a tonal over-dye.
Poplin is an attractive woven fabric with a pleasant hand feel and rich yarn construction. It is slightly heavier in weight than Tana Lawn®. Its comfort and breathability makes it perfect to wear in all seasons. Use Piccadilly poplin to create shirts and blouses, and lightweight dresses and skirts.
